hey laurie, just wanted to say hi and thanks for the resounding agreement over on kimli's blog :)

i was checking out your blog and i see you're an aquarius too! may be why we both feel so strongly about that sentiment. you know, if you believe in that horoscope kinda thing. which i don't and i do... depending on which day it is.

cheers!

Thanks :)
Yes, I do want that "spark" again...I would like to be in business for myself as a consultant one day, but I have to get off my lazy butt and start working towards that goal instead of just wishing it would happen!

I have held few jobs over one year. They are either not challenging enough, I get passed over for things I'm completely qualifed for, or I grow out of it (like waitressing - which I am great at, but I'm a little old for).

My current job is alright. In the begining, it was a lot of fun - learning new stuff, surprising people with what I can do, and just enjoying my work.

Now, completely different story. Though I cannot yet say that I dread coming in to work - I certainly do not look forward to it. I want that spark again. And so, I have been taking peeks at the classifieds, looking for work at home jobs, freelance stuff, and trying to think of a way to work for myself. I am at the point where I think that will be the only thing that makes me happy.

I wish you luck in your search for 'job fulfillment.' I just hope that it's out there - for both of our sakes! =)
